Public prosecutor appointed

PESHAWAR, Nov 23: The provincial government has ordered that Taj Noor Khan, a district public prosecutor (BS-19), has been transferred from Buner and posted against the vacant post in Chitral. The government also conferred the powers of magistrate 1st class upon Manzoor Ahmed and Syed Mazhar Ali Shah, officers from the provincial management service (PMS) BPS-17) presently posted as deputy district officer (revenue) at Charbagh Swat as deputy district officer (judicial) at Chitral. The said powers are to be exercised by them within the local limits of Charbagh) distict Swat and Chitral.]]>
