C&W dept accused of taking bribe

Report Gul Hamaad Farooqi CHITRAL, Sept 18: Substandard material is being used in the construction of Singor road near here, it has been learnt. The residents of the area expressed concern over the matter and alleged that the communication and works department had failed to take action against the contractor who was using the poor quality material under the very nose of the officials of the department.
